Bose Akadiri serves as Vice President, Global Philanthropy at JPMorgan Chase where she leads a nationwide portfolio focused on volunteerism in the youth mentorship space. In addition to her work at JPMorgan Chase, she is the founder of Goal and Grind LLC where she partners with high achieving women to turn their dream life into their real life leveraging her proven five-step vision and goals method.  

Bose sits on the Associate Board with Ladies of Virtue, is an IMPACT Fellow with the Chicago Urban League and Booth School of Business, Leadership Oklahoma City alumnae, 40 under 40 honoree by OKC Biz Magazine, and 30/30 Next Gen Leader by ionOklahoma Magazine. 

Bose studied abroad twice in college (Denmark and China) and as a young professional she participated in a Rotary Professional Group Study Exchange spending a month in Italy meeting with local business leaders and dignitaries. As an avid runner, yogi, traveler and dog mom, Bose believes in finding joy in both her professional and personal life.
