Rashada Whitehead is the head of Colleague Experience, leading the teams responsible for developing and implementing Grant Thornton’s firm-wide culture transformation, mobility, alumni and diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) strategies. Rashada has a 20+ year career dedicated to people, culture and community and brings to Grant Thornton her comprehensive leadership experience in reputation and change management, and strategic communications. She is published writer, an adjunct professor at Roosevelt University and has taught Cultural Competence for the University of Chicago Graham School of Continuing Liberal and Professional Studies. A proud Chicagoan, she is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago and has a Master’s degree from Roosevelt University.
