Christian A. Conway, Esq. is a dynamic attorney with a strong focus on real estate, restructuring, and litigation at Neal & Leroy, LLC.  Notably, she is also the President and Founder of the I Am Abel Law Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to bridging the gap for minority students aspiring to enter the legal profession. 

Born and raised in Oak Park, Illinois, Ms. Conway’s educational journey took her to Emory University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science, with a minor in Spanish. Continuing her pursuit of legal knowledge, she attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree. 

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Conway finds joy in the company of her husband, as well as her loyal Yorkshire Terrier, Rainbow. She maintains close bonds with her friends and family, including her cherished 92-year-old grandmother. Alongside her legal pursuits, she derives fulfillment from recreational basketball, running, and a fondness for all things related to Drake. Ms. Conway’s diverse array of interests, drive and unwavering dedication mirror her commitment to the legal field, her community, and her personal well-being.
