Hi, my name is Katelyn Barger! I have been living and working in Chicago at William Blair since the summer of 2021. I am originally from St. Louis, Missouri where my family resides. Currently I am a Senior Investment Accounting Associate but in my free time I like to cycle and go to the movie theater! Prior to working full-time, I attended the University of Arkansas with a major in Finance and double-minor in French and Marketing. In both Missouri and Arkansas, I have worked with young girls at my churches, and I have missed this dearly. During my collegiate career, I had the opportunity to write my thesis titled Gender Inequality in the Workplace. This brought me a wider lens on how historically women have been disenfranchised. I am an active ally for women’s rights, and I am a proud feminist!
