Chrissy Brown is the Assistant Dean for Advancement at IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she is the chief fundraising officer and leads the law school’s advancement program including alumni relations, major and leadership giving, annual giving, and law firm and corporate relations. Previously, she was the Director of Development at the University of Illinois Chicago with the School of Public Health and before that, she was the Associate Director for Regional Advancement at the University of Chicago. She is originally from Kankakee, Illinois and has a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University and a Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Law. Chrissy lives on the north side of Chicago in Albany Park. She enjoys travelling, her golden retriever Simba, and the Chicago restaurant scene! She is looking to get more involved in her community and thinks Girls, Inc. mission and goals are strongly in line with her personal beliefs and interests, and would be honored to join the Associate Board.
