Join us for Girls Inc. of Chicago’s Gratitude Week (November 25 – December 3) as we express appreciation for all the ways our stakeholders – donors, partners, staff, and families – fuel the Girls Inc. of Chicago Experience. Your contributions ensure that our girls thrive in every aspect of their lives. Throughout the week, we will recognize and thank those who make it possible for us to provide mentors, safe spaces, and proven programming that help girls overcome challenges and succeed.
On Giving Tuesday (December 3) – a global day of philanthropy supporting nonprofits worldwide – we invite you to invest in the futures of girls from Chicago’s South Side. Your donation will help advance our work, equipping girls to be resilient, overcome adversity, and prepare to become the next generation of strong, smart, and bold leaders.
All gifts given now through 11:59pm on December 3 will be matched by an anonymous donor. Please give today to help sustain our mission in supporting girls and young women as they develop their strengths, advocate for themselves and others, and create positive change in their communities.

What can your donation do?
- $10,000 Funds a full school year of Girls Inc. programming for four (4) girls.
- $5,000 Enables six (6) girls to participate in STEM programs, fostering their enthusiasm and skills in science, technology, engineering, and math.
- $2,500 Covers the full participation cost for one (1) girl in Girls Inc. of Chicago programming, at no cost to her family.
- $1,000 Grants three (3) girls the chance to attend an enriching and empowering Summer Camp.
- $500 Provides access to mental health services, including a workshop and professional development training led by a Youth Mental Health Counselor for school personnel, families, and communities.
- $250 Supports a career exposure experience for five (5) girls.
- $100 Supplies a girl with a Girls Inc. t-shirt and program materials to enhance her experience.
- $75 Cultivates the entrepreneurial ambitions of our #GirlBossAmbassadors.
- $50 Offers transformative career exposure opportunities for one girl, such as Firefighter for a Day.
