Teharah J. Smith (Ms. TJ) is a distinguished leader renowned for her dedication to empowering women, girls, and teens. With over a decade of experience, Ms. Teharah excels as a mentor, professional actress, producer, entrepreneur, mental health advocate, and Certified Mental Health First Aider. She is also the founder and owner of POWER by Teharah J, a brand that seamlessly integrates cosmetics, mental wellness, and women’s empowerment.

In recognition of her impactful contributions, she received the 40 Under 40 Award from the Black Women Professional League in 2019 and the Woman of the Year Award from The Wellness Couch, NFP in 2024. These accolades celebrate her efforts in community empowerment, entrepreneurship, and her role in uplifting girls and women.
