Griselda Silva has worked in the field of Human Resources for over 20 years in a variety of sectors including private, government, higher education, and non-profit.  Griselda’s expertise includes talent management, performance management, employee and labor relations, organizational development, and leadership and management coaching.  Griselda’s most recent position is at CBRE, supporting the Northwestern Medicine account, as a People Business Partner.  Griselda is passionate about helping businesses make the most of their talent, creating an engaging and positive employee experience, and helping people with the career aspirations. 

Griselda holds a Master’s degree in Human Performance Improvement (HPI) from Roosevelt University and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). In her free time, she likes to spend time with her 2 children and workout.
