From a young age, Elise’s creativity has soared through everything she embarks on. Mostly proud of the “first day of school” fashion shows she showcased for her parents. It was guaranteed that her keen decision-making skills and ability to own the room would shine.

Today as a marketing professional, Elise is strategically preparing for her next show, crafting together the right pieces to create holistic campaigns while also leading the charge on DEI initiatives. Elise developed and led her previous company’s first Black Employee Resource Group. It is within this space that Elise is most fulfilled as she has witnessed the impact that these communities have helped to drive more inclusive and impressive creative work. As Elise struts through her career, she’s often known for her calm and empathetic spirit as tensions get high, championing for others while proving to them the power of their voice and ensuring representation is a top priority in all rooms that she is in.

Career aside, Elise recently graduated with her MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. Lately, she’s enjoyed filling her post-grad free time with catching up with friends and indulging in her guilty pleasure of watching the Housewives. Elise continues to actively seek opportunities where she can share her passions and inspire excellence within her Community.
