Finance and Human Resources professional with over fifteen years of progressively comprehensive finance and human resources experience. Throughout her career, she has helped nonprofit organization’s senior leaders with finance and human resources strategic planning in order to achieve the organization’s goals. Araceli holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources from Robert Morris University and completed the Mujeres de HACE program geared to empower high-potential Latina professionals to succeed professionally and thrive personally while providing insight, access, and professional development.
