Anita Watkins has been with Bloomingdale’s for 10 years, commencing her journey as a Director, HRBP at the 59th St. Flagship location. Over the years, she has ascended through the ranks within Human Resources, taking on leadership roles that encompassed both regional and national responsibilities, providing support to colleagues in both Central and Stores divisions.

Her collective expertise in Human Resources is rooted in foundational growth across business, finance, non-profit, fashion, and luxury sectors.

In her capacity as the Trade Area VP for Chicago, Anita oversees five Bloomingdale’s locations, which includes the second and largest Bloomie’s store. Additionally, she serves as the General Manager of North Michigan Ave.
