I was born and raised on the Southside of Chicago. I am an outgoing and adventurous person who is passionate about working with young people, even as youth myself doing peer to peer mentoring during my high school career at Kenwood Academy. I have a natural ability to connect with young people. Post high school, I took the entrepreneurial route. From working in brand and operations development for various Chicagoland restaurants, traveling the country doing videography and photography, to attending trade school to obtain my barber’s license. Throughout my entrepreneurial journey, I have always committed my time to working with the youth of Chicago. For the past 8 years, I been committed to providing meaningful programming for the advancement of young people and being everything I needed when I was their age. I currently am attending Harold Washington to obtain a associates in business/finance to further pursue a career in the nonprofit space.
