Tyeise Huntley is the inaugural Director of the Golub Capital Social Impact Lab at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she leads IGNITE—a pioneering leadership program supporting high-impact nonprofit executives serving Chicago’s communities. Under her leadership, IGNITE has grown to serve 68 nonprofit leaders, equipping them with world-class business education, executive coaching, and strategic resources to accelerate their organizations’ impact.
Tyeise’s career spans brand management at SC Johnson, where she led major product launches and cross-channel campaigns, and transformative work in public education at Chicago Public Schools through the Broad Residency Fellowship, where she oversaw strategic planning and helped launch the GoCPS application system.
She holds an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, a B.S. in Marketing and International Business from Georgetown University, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the Broad Center at Yale School of Management.
A committed community advocate, Tyeise has served on several nonprofit boards and is passionate about leadership development, wellness, and advancing opportunities for women and mothers. She is an avid reader, runner, and believer in prioritizing proper rest and nutrition. Tyeise resides in Chicago with her husband and two sons.
