Rhea A. Henderson is a visionary leader, creative force, and passionate advocate for youth empowerment with more than 30 years of professional experience in dance, modeling, and choreography. A natural-born leader, Rhea has dedicated her career to nurturing talent, building confidence, and creating transformative experiences for young people.
She served as the Executive Director of the RH School of Performing Arts (RHSPA) for over a decade, where her commitment to excellence inspired thousands of students to pursue their artistic passions. Through RHSPA, she produced more than 20 large-scale productions, offered dance and modeling training to over 1,000 students, and spearheaded numerous community outreach initiatives and self-development workshops for teens.
As the President of RHDREAMS and Executive Director of The Prom Fantasy Experience, Rhea continues to make an extraordinary impact. Under her leadership, RHDREAMS has awarded more than $100,000 in academic scholarships to deserving students across the Chicagoland area over the past 13 years, opening doors of opportunity and affirming her belief in the power of education, creativity, and purpose.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Rhea is deeply rooted in service and sisterhood. She is the founding Vice President of the Lake Shore Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, a proud member of New Life Covenant Church Southeast, the United Dance Merchants of America, and the Chicago Women’s Entrepreneur Network. With 35 years of active membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Rhea has served as President of the Phi Kappa Omega Chapter and as a member of the regional leadership team, continuing her lifelong commitment to leadership and community uplift.
A devoted wife and mother, Rhea lives by the principle of faith over fear, drawing strength from her deep spiritual foundation and her family. She often shares that her greatest achievements are not only found in her professional success but in the lives she has touched and the legacy of empowerment she continues to build. For Rhea, God and family are everything—and she remains steadfast in her purpose to inspire others to dream boldly, serve selflessly, and lead with grace.
