Vice President of Digital Marketing & Community Engagement
Kirstin L. Jones is Vice President, Digital Marketing & Community Engagement at First Women’s Bank, where she leads digital strategy, strategic partnerships, and the launch of the First Women’s Business Collective, a national platform supporting women business owners. She previously served as Chief of Staff, helping operationalize the bank during its early growth. Prior to First Women’s Bank, Kirstin was Deputy Chief of Staff at the Obama Foundation, supporting financial leadership, business diversity initiatives, and community engagement for the Obama Presidential Center. She also served in the Obama Administration in the White House Presidential Personnel Office and later at the U.S. Small Business Administration, advocating nationwide for small business owners and underserved communities. Kirstin serves on the associate boards of Easterseals and Sunshine Enterprises and is a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women. She holds an M.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago and a B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University.
