US Program Sr. Manager, Girls Opportunity Alliance
Throughout her life, Brianna Lawrence has been a proud participant, employee, and former president of girl-serving initiatives. She has experienced firsthand the difference that these programs can make in girls’ lives.
Today, Brianna serves as the US Program Senior Manager of the Girls Opportunity Alliance. The Alliance is a program of the Obama Foundation that aims to educate and empower adolescent girls around the world, allowing them to achieve their full potential and transform their families, communities, and countries.
Brianna is uniquely positioned to marry her lived and professional experiences to enhance the organizational and leadership capacity of girl-serving leaders and improve the well-being of adolescent girls.
Brianna holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Chicago – Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice with a concentration in Community Schools.
