Lena Madison is an associate in the Commercial Finance & Banking practice group, where she represents lenders in secured credit facilities, with a particular focus on asset-based financing and commercial loan transactions.
Lena earned her B.A. in American Studies with high honors from the University of Notre Dame, and her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she received awards in oral advocacy and negotiations.
Following law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles R. Wilson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and practiced at a large law firm.
Lena currently serves as Vice President of the Associate Board of Girls Inc. of Chicago.
